Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE:STC) today announced the acquisition of Tower Title, a leading national provider of telecommunications-focused title services. The acquisition strengthens Stewart’s National Commercial Services (NCS), specifically the company’s Energy & Infrastructure group, by adding a highly complementary infrastructure business that expands service capabilities, increases transaction volume and further diversifies the company’s commercial portfolio.
