Olomon Raises $2.6M Oversubscribed Pre-Seed to Build the Financial System of Record for Households

Olomon, the financial System of Record for households and their advisors, today announced a $2.6 million oversubscribed pre-seed fundraising round. This round is backed by entrepreneurs, operators, fintech investors, and financial-services professionals, a number of whom are users of the product themselves and understand firsthand the problem Olomon solves.

For a household managing meaningful financial complexity, the complete financial picture typically lives in one person’s memory and gets reconstructed at every advisor meeting, tax season, and life event. Olomon replaces that with a single, permissioned, client-owned record of a household’s accounts, entities, documents, contacts, and decisions, one that travels with the family rather than living inside any single bank, custodian, or advisor.

For advisors, attorneys, and CPAs, assembling a full client picture is just as hard, because no client-owned record exists for them to read from. The typical quarterly review starts with reconstruction instead of advice. Permissioned access to Olomon’s record gives advisors a picture that is already current, so the meeting can start with planning instead of rebuilding.

“We raised this round to close the gap on both sides: the household that needs a permanent, living record of its financial life, and the advisor who needs a canonical, always-current picture to do their best work,” said Jeremy L. Bolls, founder and CEO of Olomon.

The funding goes toward three priorities:

  • Product depth: the record needs to hold everything a household’s financial life actually contains, from accounts and entities to insurance policies, private investments, and estate structure. Early-access users are testing that completeness now.

  • Advisor infrastructure: the permissioned-collaboration model that lets advisors, attorneys, and CPAs read from the same client-owned record needs to be robust enough for professional use at scale.

  • The pathway to general availability: the invite-only early-access period closes, and advisors can onboard without waiting.

One allocation from the round remains open, held back for a single strategic partner whose position in the household-finance or advisory ecosystem would extend the round beyond capital alone.

Bolls founded Olomon in 2023 after previously founding and leading Kindful, a nonprofit CRM platform acquired by JMI Equity-backed Bloomerang in 2021. He is personally and substantially invested in the round.
