The acquisition brings together two pioneers in smart charging and fleet electrification, creating a stronger platform to support the accelerating transition to electric transportation across North America. The combined organization will offer customers a broader suite of software, energy, and infrastructure solutions while advancing the shared vision of enabling cleaner, more flexible electric grids through intelligent charging and bidirectional energy technologies.

The acquisition combines highly complementary strengths in fleet electrification. The Mobility House brings deep expertise in electrifying transit agencies and school bus fleets, as well as advanced capabilities in bidirectional charging and vehicle-to-grid integration.
By joining forces, the companies will expand the solutions available to customers across a wider range of fleet applications. The Mobility House’s expertise in bidirectional charging will help accelerate the development and deployment of vehicle-to-grid and vehicle-to-building capabilities, further supporting the companies’ vision of transforming electric vehicles into flexible grid resources. At the same time, their customers will gain access to PowerFlex’s extensive project development and engineering capabilities, public charging features, and integrated energy management platform. Customers will also benefit from PowerFlex’s experience in commercial solar and energy storage, creating new opportunities for heavy-duty fleet operators seeking to optimize energy costs and sustainability outcomes.
