SVN Commercial Partners Selected to Manage and Lease Port Charlotte Town Center
PORT CHARLOTTE, FL, UNITED STATES, September 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — SVN Commercial Partners announced today that it has been selected to oversee the property management and leasing of Port Charlotte Town Center, expanding the firm’s growing portfolio of significant commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida. The assignment brings SVN Commercial Partners’ integrated management and leasing platform to one of Charlotte County’s most recognizable commercial properties. The team will focus on day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, leasing, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the center’s position within the rapidly evolving Port Charlotte and greater Charlotte County market.

During that engagement, SVN Commercial Partners worked alongside ownership and tenants through a period that included significant operational challenges, hurricane recovery and continued leasing activity. The property maintained a strong tenant base while the SVN team remained focused on day-to-day operations, tenant relationships and the long-term value of the asset.
