CHICAGO, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Doubtless, a global pet insurance and solutions organization, today announced Karl Wiley, has been appointed North America Regional Leader, effective October 12, 2026. In this role, Wiley will lead Doubtless’ North American operations and portfolio of pet insurance and pet care brands, helping advance the company’s mission of increasing access to quality care and providing greater peace of mind for pet parents.

Wiley succeeds Kirk Haggard, who is retiring after a distinguished career spanning nearly four decades in the insurance industry and serving as CEO of Independence Pet Holdings and a key leader in the evolution of the business into Doubtless.
